we found out about 'the way' after being blue papered at cary med center in caribou, maine where we began visiting in the early evening hours because they have a really good restaurant like most hospitals that the general public can eat at and free coffee in the waiting room
caribou and presque isle have a thriving amish population and in the waiting room there was a lady who looked amish so i asked her if she wanted some vegan entrees i'd gotten at shop & save
her husband had diabetes so i told her about how vegetarianism helped me with metabolic syndrome and then asked her if it was true that the amish don't use electricity, where she explained to me that was an innacurate perception...it's not modern contrivances the amish forsake but they rather follow what they call:
